Dreaming the Future
I build things that work.
Websites, brands, and AI automation for people with something worth building. Calgary, Alberta.
What I do
Whether you have a half-formed idea, a business that needs a brain upgrade, or you just want to live and work more efficiently — this is what I bring to the table.
01
Fast, polished, production-ready. Built to match your brand, not a template. From landing pages to full multi-venture portfolio sites — designed and shipped in days, not months.
02
Personal systems or full business automation. If you're drowning in admin, repeating yourself, or leaving efficiency on the table — AI fixes that. I map the gaps, build the workflows, and hand you back your time.
03
Idea to live product. Brand, site, systems, strategy — end to end. You have the dream. I have the infrastructure. If you're serious about building something real, this is where we start.
04
Some people see a business. I see the dead loops, the missed dollars, the thing everyone stopped noticing three years ago. I do this inside every build whether anyone asks or not. Sometimes it’s the most valuable part.
05
Strategic advisor. Thinking partner. The person who figures out what you actually need before you do. When everything’s moving and the stakes are real, I’m the steady hand. I’ve been in the storm.
Client work
Real businesses. Real builds. Named, linked, and live where they’re live.
Just-In Time
Mobile Auto Repair
A mechanic who comes to you instead of you towing to him. Brand identity and full site, built end to end.

If you’ve got something worth building,
What I'm building now
Pillar is being built into five channels. Two are already how I work. Three are in progress. I'd rather show you the plan than pretend it's finished.
Brand identity and websites, end to end. This is the engine and it’s running — four client builds and counting.
Finding where a business bleeds time and building the system that stops it. Built into every engagement.
Showing the work as it happens instead of polishing a case study six months later.
Going and finding the businesses that need this, instead of waiting to be found.
Making sure the businesses I build get found — by people and by the AI systems people now ask first.
The ventures
Things I’m building because they need to exist.
"The universe tells a story. We are characters who have remembered we are also the author."
— Nick Kernaz, Founder
The founder
Nick Kernaz is a former construction foreman and concrete finisher who spent fifteen years understanding how things actually get built — not how they look on paper. That ground-level systems thinking now runs a venture studio.
Pillar Incentive exists because the hardest problems get solved by people who’ve lived them. Every build carries that as the load-bearing wall — client work and ventures alike.

Clicket Ticket · Experience & Travel Auctions · Charity Technology
Clicket Ticket is an online auction platform for donated luxury experiences — VIP event packages, travel, athlete access, one-of-a-kind moments. Charities list donated experiences. Supporters bid in real time. 70% of every hammer price goes directly to the charity.
Visit Clicket Ticket ↗Real-world precedent · Vancouver 2024
One donated 15-ticket private suite raised $320,000 for VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation. Across four B.C. charities auctioning Taylor Swift suites, over $1 million was raised — in a single room, on a single night, the clunky way.

All of that demand happened without a platform — one gala, one room, invitation-only. Clicket takes that same donated-experience model and puts it online, open to everyone, year-round.

Three sides, one platform
For charities
A CRA-registered charity lists a donated luxury experience. We handle the platform, bidding, and payment. They receive 70% of the hammer price, net of hard costs. No overhead, no guesswork.
For bidders
Real-time competitive bidding on experiences you can't buy elsewhere. Anti-sniping protection extends close-time on last-second bids. Winner gets the experience. The charity gets the dollars.
For experience donors
Businesses, teams, and athletes donate experiences. Zero cost to donate. Your generosity amplified online to the widest possible audience.
Clicket retains 30% of the hammer price after hard costs. No listing fees. No monthly subscriptions. We only earn when the charity earns.
70/30
The split — locked and non-negotiable
70% to the charity (net of hard costs) · 30% to Clicket operations. Hard costs come off the top first. Charity always gets the majority.
Phase 1 · Three ways in
01 · Charity partners — Phase 1
CRA-registered charities ready to list their first donated experience. You get the platform, the reach, and 70%.
02 · Experience donors
Businesses, venues, sports teams, or individuals willing to donate one premium experience for Auction #1. Zero cost to donate.
03 · Angel / strategic investment
Mission-aligned capital to fund Phase 1. Equity in a scalable platform with a hardcoded social mandate and first-mover advantage in Canada.
From the founder · Nick Kernaz · Founder, Pillar Incentive
"I've spent time on both sides of hardship. I know what it means when a charity actually has money to work with, and I know what it means when it doesn't. Clicket exists because the best charity fundraising model in the world is still running on clipboards and gymnasium paddles. We're putting it online, making it accessible to anyone with a phone, and making sure the charity always wins the most. That's not a feature. That's the whole point."
Connect on LinkedIn ↗TSP · Timeless Streetwear Project · Building · Contest live
TSP is an independent streetwear brand rooted in the belief that what you wear should say something real. Timeless cuts, intentional drops, no shortcuts, no fakes. Built community-first from day one.
What we stand for
Most streetwear brands sell hype. We sell identity. The pieces you buy from TSP aren't trend items — they're earned. Every drop is intentional. Every blank is premium. Timeless is not a style. It's a standard.
🧵 Premium blanks only
No compromising on the base garment. If it doesn't feel right in your hands, it doesn't ship.
🔢 Limited drops
Every release has a ceiling. No restocks on core pieces. Scarcity is integrity, not a gimmick.
🤝 Community first
TSP grows with the people who believed first. Early community members get access and recognition money can't buy later.
🚫 Zero filler, zero fakes
No knockoff aesthetics. No mass-production pricing dressed up as boutique. Everything TSP releases is designed to last.
Direction · Product · Production · Distribution
Aesthetic direction
Clean silhouettes with deliberate graphic work. No logo spam. Colourways launch in purple, black, and white. Each drop introduces one or two deliberate additions — never a scatter.
Launch product
Crop tops, hoodies, sweats. High-quality blanks. If a construction foreman wearing it says "that's a good hoodie," it ships.
Production model
Print-on-demand for Phase 1 — no inventory risk, clean fulfillment. Printful for DTG and embroidery. Screen printing for high-volume staples in Phase 2.
Distribution
Direct-to-consumer via Shopify. No wholesale, no middleman. Drop model with email + social pre-announcement. Mid-2026 launch window.

Yes I Can Initiative · AI Resource Navigator · Flagship
Thousands of benefits, programs, and community supports already exist — buried across government portals, agency websites, and phone trees that assume you already know what to ask for. Yes I Can doesn't hand people a list of resources — it automates the navigating and the execution, so getting through a life transition takes minutes of effort instead of weeks. Two sides, one file: a client interface the person owns, and a caseworker interface that turns every action into funder-ready outcomes.

Open the live prototype — all eighteen doors ↗Three principles, no exceptions
Plain language
No jargon, no forms-speak. Questions a person would actually ask, answers they can actually use.
Human-first
Built to put people in front of real services and real workers faster — not to replace them.
Built with the front line
Scoped alongside the community organizations who navigate these systems every day.
Who this is for
Support systems are built around categories. People aren't. The same person can be aging out of care, in recovery, and facing a housing cliff — all in the same month. Yes I Can is built to meet every one of these doors, because behind them is the same thing: a person in transition, trying to find footing.

17
Animals in crisis

18
Family of the suffering
For the person holding the person — reverse-consent & the caregiver money stack
The gap between "help exists" and "help arrives" is measured in hours of hold music, dead-end referrals, and forms that assume a lawyer filled them out. People give up not because the support isn't there — but because finding it is a full-time job. AI can read every program, every eligibility rule, and every intake process at once. A person shouldn't have to.
This is the flagship because it's the mission in its purest form: technology built by someone who's lived the problem, pointed directly at the people still living it.
What's live in the prototype today: all eighteen doors functional — including the four newest: homelessness, peer connection, animals in crisis, and family of the suffering · suicide-prevention supports (9-8-8 call/text) always one tap away at the top of the app · a national works-from-anywhere resource tier plus a Calgary-deep local layer · an education-funding stack on every door · class-action settlement eligibility flags (open claim windows only, never legal advice) · domestic-violence safety mode with quick-exit and decoy screen · a caseworker side with intake wizard, closed-loop referrals, and funder-grade outcomes reporting. Demo data throughout — every name and figure fictional.

The prototype is live — and this is exactly the stage where community organizations, service providers, and funders shape what it becomes. If your organization helps people navigate benefits and supports, walk through it at i-can.app and tell us what the real front line needs next.
